Would the platform Make a difference If I bought a plan?

Infelizmente as minha colaboradoras estão achando a plataforma muito lenta.

Por acaso, se eu comprasse um plano a plataforma ficaria rápida?

Ou apenas me beneficiaria com um número maior de formulários?

Ou será que meu formulário tem muitos elementos e por isso está lento?

Voces poderiam me ajudar a identificar o motivo?

Now, coming back to your question, upgrading your account will have no effect on the performance of the form or Jotform itself. Regardless of your plan, the platform will function the same. This depends on your network connection, as well as the number of form fields and conditions in the form, which will affect its performance.
