How to limit form views?

Imagine that I want to donate 100 coupons to only 100 people after they complete a 30-minute form (this I know to do).

I need to implement a rule where, upon reaching 100 sessions or visits, the form cannot be opened. This is because if the limitation is based on ‘when 100 responses are submitted,’ there may still be several people in the process of responding. They would be frustrated to find out that they spent 30 minutes in vain, as the 100 coupons have already been distributed.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this?

In fact, the logic I need is different: the limitation should occur at the start of the process, not at the end of submission.

If 100 people open the link, it will close, regardless of whether it has been completed 100 times or not.

How can I request new widgets in case this functionality is not possible?"

I hope this helps! If you need further assistance or clarification, feel free to ask. 😊

    Hello Marconi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. I understand that you want to limit the number of times that people can access your form, but form views are set at 1,000 for the Starter plan and cannot be changed.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
