Form: Submit button is not working

Now, coming back to your question, I'm sorry that this is happening. I've cloned your "Contrato de Prestação de Serviços MS Colors" form and tested it, but I couldn't replicate the issue. I was able to sign and submit the form. Check out the screenshot below:

Does this happen to your other forms? Was it stuck on loading, or you can't just click on the submit button? Can you try to clear your browser caches and cookies, and then log out and log back in? Also, try to use another browser and on an Incognito window. If the issue persists, please send a screenshot of your browser console log.

I also cleared your form caches from our system to fix any cache-related issues.

After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
