    Boa tarde!

    Preciso de ajuda para criar um formulário que deva possuir um menu suspenso, que dê para adicionar mais caixas se precisar, e com a quantidade do material "x" ao lado do nome do material.

    Existe a possibilidade de criar algo assim?

    Abs.

    Hello Anderson,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in Portuguese using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    You can try to use the Configurable List widget. Using this will allow you to keep adding rows to your form and configure the type of fields inside it. The Configurable List widget is easy to use. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Widgets tab, add the Configurable List widget into your form.
    • You can customize the fields using the Fields Configuration Box. In the box, use the syntax below (click here to learn more).
    {label} : {type} : {placeholder}
    • After finishing all of the customizations, click on Update Widget and you're done.

    Additionally, you can check our guide here on how to set up the configurable list widget.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
