How to create a questionaire form with a total of points?

Boa tarde, gostaria de saber se é possível criar um questionário de perguntas com ´pontos, de múltiplas escolhas. Onde exibi o resultada nota no final.

Caso seja dissertativa, fazer a correção após e atribuir a nota também.

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can use the Single Choice widget to create a multiple choice question with points on the correct option, and then, you can use the Form Calculation widget to calculate the points from each question. I created a sample form with that functionality. Check out the screencast below:

As you can see, each of the questions has multiple options, and each of the correct options accumulates 10 points, which you can modify to your preferred value. You can clone my demo form as your reference. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and drag, and drop Single Choice widget on your form.

2. Enter the question on the label, and enter the answers on the options.

3. Click on the Gear icon of your Single Choice widget, and click on the Options tab.
4. Toggle on the Calculation Values switch, and enter the value for each option.

5. Click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and click on the Widgets tab.
6. Drag, and drop Form Calculation widget on your form.

7. Click on the Wand icon of your Form Calculation widget.

From there, you can display the value of the selected option on the Single Choice widget. You can also, add the values of multiple Single Choice widgets. Check out the screencast below:

As you can see, I was able to perform computations on the Form Calculation widget.
