    Hi sesmtengecom,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I have reviewed your Advanced Formula column and the configuration for Date Time Difference is incorrect. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Tables, click on + Add.

    2. Go to Formula.

    3. Select Advanced Formula and click on Next.

    4. Enter your preferred column name and click on Next.

    5. Under Functions, click on DATETIME_DIFF.

    6. Set date 1 to TODAY under Functions.

    7. Set date 2 to 17 - PRAZO PARA TRATAMENTO: under the Columns.

    8. Click on Create Column.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
