Eu gostaria de assinar o jotform para uma empresa que presto serviços, porém gostaria de saber as cotações para o plano empresarial, mas não consigo porque minha conta ainda é gratuita, pois estou em período de testes. Poderiam me ajudar?

Seria para 20-25 colaboradores fazer parte do time e conseguirem editar o formulário antes de publicar e enviar para os seus pacientes.
