Cant access the attached files in email notification

    Não consigo acessar os arquivos pelo PDF.

    A opção "Solicitar login para visualizar arquivos enviados" já está desmarcada, porém continua a mesma coisa.

    Hi alanneslv,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to view the attached files from the email notification. Can you try to manually clear your form cache and browser cookies? This usually solves the issue.

    Also, I checked the form and see that your organization can only access it. Can you try to temporarily change the access to Public form to see if you can access the files? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page. 
    2. Click on the Quick Share tab on the left side of the page.
    3. Click the Company Access button beside the Share with Link text.Cant access the attached files in email notification Image 1 Screenshot 30
    4. Select the Public Form in the Access Settings.
    5. Select the Submit & View Later in the Permissions.Cant access the attached files in email notification Image 2 Screenshot 41

    Test your form and see if you can now access the files in the email notification.

    Olá,

    Limpei os caches e fiz conforme indicado nas imagens abaixo, mas mesmo assim continua exibindo a pagina 404.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you send us the links to the files in which the error occurs? Also, if you can provide us with a screen recording of the issue, that would help us investigate the issue further. You can use Loom to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

It seems that the problem is that the files no longer exist or have been removed from the path. Can you send us the link PDF file that you are trying to access the attached files in Google Drive? We will check if we can replicate the issue on our end.

    Hi alanneslv,

    Thanks for getting back to us and sharing the file. I've tried the access the link and had the same issue. However, when investigating it further, the form in your account currently has no submissions. This means the submission with the uploaded files is not in your account anymore. This is the reason why you are not able to access it. Check out the screenshot of your Submission Tables. I've also checked your trash entries and there are no submissions there as well.

    Unfortunetly, if the submission is deleted the uploaded file will no longer be accessible. I am afraid to say it won't be possible to bring back the deleted submission. Please make a fresh new submission with uploaded files and try it again.

    Sim eu havia esvaziado a tabela e os envios. Neste caso, para que possam ser visualizados corretamente é necessário tê-los nesses dois locais?

    Thanks for getting back to us. As per your question, are you referring to the folder directory of the files being uploaded via Google Drive? Yes, we need them in that folder for us to view the file. I also tried a new submission in your form, and it is working now.

    Não, neste caso me refiro da Tabela que enviou anteriormente. Os envios na caixa de envio e a tabela, precisam existir para que possamos visualizar?

    Thanks for getting back to us. If you were referring to the file that you shared a while ago, then we can view it earlier, but we cannot view it now. As far as submissions are concerned, we checked in the Jotform Tables to see if the submissions went through, and we can confirm that the submissions are saved. Please see the screenshot below:

    Está ótimo.

    Eu venho apagando os envios , tanto na caixa de envio quanto na tabela. Apagando-os eu não poderei navegar pelas imagens e arquivos no PDF em anexo?

    Thanks for getting back to us. You can access the images on both the notification email and in the Jotform Tables since the data is from the Form Documentação EDS/SEFAZ-RJ. If this is not what you are referring to, can you please elaborate more so we can help you more?
