Hi Bruno,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry if you're having issues responding to your forms. Can you please the form URL so we can further look into it? Please take note that there should be an email address in the submission for the reply button to work.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Bruno,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form, and it seems that you used a Short Text field instead of an Email Element.
The reply function only works if you use the Email Element on the form. What you can do is hide your existing short text field, so you can still keep the submission data, and add an email field. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, right-click on the Short Text field, and select Hide.
- Then, click on Add Form Element on the left.
- Under Basic elements, add the Email field.
That's it. When someone submit the form again, you will be able to use the Reply function on the submission table. Check out my example below:
Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
