    Boa noite,

    Estou tendo problemas ao cadastrar um remetente. Ocorre erro, mas não está especificando. O servidor seria para uso do Yahoo.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. The error seems related to your browser caches. Can you please try clearing your browser caches and cookies and try it again to see if that would resolve the issue? If the same thing happens again, please try using a different browser or device to see if that would make any difference.

    Fiz o teste sem cache, porém continua o mesmo.

    Hi Alanne,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how frustrating this is for you, and I’ll do my best to help you. Can you please try changing the Port to 465 or 587? If that doesn't work, change the Security Protocol to TLS.
