Estou tentando clonar o formulário para uma conta porem da erro de nao autorizado, poderia verificar?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I went ahead and checked the account where the form is under, and can see that they have enabled the Do not allow forms to be cloned on their privacy settings. In cases like this, you won't be able to clone the form until the form owner disabled this setting. I would advise reaching out to the form owner to ask permission to clone their form.

Thanks for getting back to us. In this case, If you know who the form owner is, you should tell them that they need to disable the Do not clone the form from the form settings.
