Now, let me help you with your question. You can edit the entry on your Jotform Tables so you can cancel the first appointment and select a new one. Let me show you how:
- In your Jotform Tables, click the ellipsis icon and click the Edit Entry option.
- Cancel the appointment and select a new date.
- Submit the form again.

Hi cesarmazza,
It appears that all appointment slots for March 30th were already booked so you can't select it. You can delete existing submissions with appointments for March 30th so you can insert an appointment for that date. Here's how to do it:
- On the Submission Table Page, select the submissions you want to delete.
- Click on delete on the top-right side of the page.
Also, you need to purge the deleted submissions in the Trash Folder to free the appointment slot. Here’s how to do it:
- On the form Table, click on the Three Dots at the top of the page.
- Click on Trashed Entries.
3. Select the submission and click on Delete Forever.

I made the form for a client, she didn't say that all the appointments for the 28th, 29th and 30th had already been scheduled, I had to find out on my own, now I reduced the scheduling time from 30 minutes to 5 minutes, and released the dates again ! sorry for the inconvenience...
