Link teste do formulário: https://www.jotform.com/build/240781481461053#preview
Matrícula para teste: 9182
Agradeço antecipadamente pela ajuda!

Hi mobitransporte,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Just to make sure we're on the same page, do you want to make the URL link to be clickable? If so, we can do that by adding a Paragraph Field on your form. Let me show you how to do that:
- On your Form Builder, add a Paragraph element and add the URL field to it. Also, make the form field that was added to the Paragraph into a hyperlink by adding the Unique Name of the field as a link.
Here is the result:
Here is the form I have made a workaround with for your reference. If this is not what you are trying to achieve, please let us know so we can help you further.
Give it a try and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
