How to ensure the respondents will receive a confirmation email?

Gostaria de ajuda sobre como colocar para que a cada pessoa que envie uma resposta ao meu formulário essa resposta chegue também para ela no seu próprio email.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the form on your account and I see that an Autoresponder email is set up. However, there's no Email field. So, the users can't enter their email where they can receive the autoresponder email. Please make sure to add an Email field to your form. Let me show you how:

1. Click on the Add Form Elements button.
2. In the Form Elements window, drag and drop the Email field.

Once you added the Email field, change the Autoresponder email settings and make sure that the Email field is set as the recipient. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the top of the page.
2. Click on Emails on the left.
3. Hover your mouse on the autoresponder email and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Go to the Recipients tab.
5. Under Recipient Email, select the Email field.
6. Click Save.
