Bom dia, queremos configurar um formulário com pagamento integrado, estamos avaliando o Stripe, mas não encontramos configurações de parcelamento. É possível ter este recurso pelo Stripe ou outro Widget de Pagamento integrado ao Jotform?
Aguardo, obrigado.

Hi GNB_18,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can set the Payment Type to Sell Subscriptions in the Stripe Integration to create a Recurring Payment for making periodic payments or installments. Here's how to set it up:
- Click the Add Form Element in Form Builder.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- Choose your desired payment integration.
- In Payment Settings on the right, connect and configure your account and settings.
- Set the Payment Type to Sell Subscription and then click the Continue button.
- Click the Create Subscription button.
- Configure your subscription details.
- Note that some options may vary based on the payment gateway used.
- Once you’ve configured the subscription details, your form will allow users to set up recurring payments seamlessly whether it’s for magazine subscriptions, charity donations, or any other recurring service.
Let us know if you need any more help.
- Click the Add Form Element in Form Builder.

I appreciate you explaining a bit more information about the instalment payment for Stripe. Setting up a recurring subscription in your Stripe Integration is easy. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Under the Payments tab, click on Stripe to add it to your form.
- In the Stripe Integration Wizard, connect your Stripe Account and then select Sell Subscriptions under the Payment Type dropdown menu.
- After that, click on Continue.
- On the next page, create your subscription items.
That's it. Please note that some options may vary based on the payment gateway used:
- Subscription Period — Choose from daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
- Number of Payments — Specify if you want to stop charging after a certain number of payments (e.g., charge five times and stop on the sixth).
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi GNB_18,
Thanks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, the Stripe Integration does not have the Number of Payments option in the integration. However, I believe based on your requirements you should be able to achieve it using the Recurring Payment feature.
A workaround is to set it to Sell Subscriptions and then calculate the amount using the Form Calculation widget. You can next enter a computation based on the installment plan you've chosen. Please keep in mind that after the payment plan is completed in full, you will need to manually cancel their subscription. Let me show you how:
- Add two Form Calculation widgets in the form. One is to enter the user-defined amount, while the other is to calculate the monthly payment for the installment plan.
- Then, add a Single Choice element to allow the user to select their preferred installment plan.
- Next, toggle the Calculation Values option from the Options tab in the Single Choice field and assign a value for each option.
- Set a calculation to your second Form Calculation widget to compute the monthly payment. The calculation should be the "User Defined Amount (Form Calculation) field / Installment plan (Single Choice) field".
- Next, create a subscription product in the Payment field.
- Set the Subscription Period to Monthly.
- Toggle the Variable Price to ON and set the Get Price From to the second Form Calculation widget.
Sample Result:
You can test my demo form or clone it to see the changes made in the cloned form. Can you give it a try and see if it works for you?
