Account Suspended: Reactivation request

    Olá! Não sei o motivo pelo qual tive meu acesso suspenso. Caso tenha algum campo em meus formulários que viole os termos pode por gentileza excluir e reativar a minha conta?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these things above to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #12732091 as your subject, and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.

    Hello! I don't know why my access was suspended. If there is a field on my forms that violates the terms, can you please delete and reactivate my account?
