Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your accounts, it seems that you're collecting login credentials from fillers, which is a violation of our Terms of Use. See the screenshot below:
Any forms collecting login credentials will be suspended immediately. To reactivate your account, we need to delete the form fields.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Eu tenho que começar então pedindo desculpas por essa falha, normalmente não lemos os termos e as políticas tão profundamente, como não faço nada ilegal, não me atentei a isso, construo lojas de dropshipping, entrego-as prontas para quem não entende absolutamente nada de tecnologia e para iniciar e finalizar todo o processo, cada usuário, até assumir a sua loja e depois providenciar as mudanças de senha e login para ficar exclusivo, eu precisaria ter o acesso, enfim, vou ter que repensar tudo isso e ver como proceder, mas creia, eu jamais tive a intenção de violar qualquer regra, sou usuário do Jotform há mais de 20 anos, então gostaria que fosse revisto para que tivesse o meu perfil original com o ID gymiltonmeira de volta e vou me atentar para não cometer mais nenhuma falha.
