AJUDA NO CÁLCULO DO FORMULÁRIO

Boa tarde!

Não estou conseguindo atribuir valores no cálculo final do meu formulário.
Para cada forma de pagamento, gostaria de calcular as parcelas, de acordo com as taxas e descontos de cada.
Gostaria que aparecesse o valor final com as taxas e os valores de parcelas das mesmas, e a opção de marcar a forma de pagamento.

Por exemplo:

Total: 1.000,00

Pix 5% de desconto (em 2x)

Crédito/ Débito à vista

Crédito 2x (taxa 4%)

Crédito 3x (taxa 5%)

valor final

( ) R$ 950,00 - 2x 475,00

( ) R$ 1.000,00

( ) R$ 1.040,00 - 2 x 520,00

( ) R$ 1.050,00 - 3 x 350,00

I've checked your last form but I was not able to find any products or calculations on it. Can you please provide me with the Form URL you are referring to and I can take a look at what's going on?
