Olá, o sistema informa que ultrapassei o limite da cota de upload, porém já apaguei todos os envios e arquivos. O que fazer?

I checked your account and I see your Upload Space has been updated it's 0.00 / 100 MB. I cleared your form caches to refresh them. Can you check back your account and see if the Upload Space reflects the same?
