Meu formulário online está dando erro constante

Toda vez que vamos preencher o formulário online ele dá erro na página, aparece a mensagem mais não conseguimos corrigir, dessa forma perdemos tudo que já foi preenchido.

É no formulário "Lista de Compras - Compradora - GC 21"

Poderiam por gentileza verificar, não fizemos nenhuma modificação que afete a configuração pra dar esses erros. Embora não tenhamos colocado que é obrigatório o preenchimento da lista de produtos, mas em todos os campos aparece erro, aí quando clicamos em algum campo, as vezes desaparece o erro. Conforme print anexo, todos os campos ficam em vermelho dizendo que está com erro.

Now, let me help you with your question. Your screenshot shows that you've selected a product, but didn't select a Quantity. If you selected a product, you also need to put in the quantity. Once you've done that, the error message will disappear.
