    Hi nutricaoseduc,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are unavailable at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned and filled out your form including the field label 'Endereço', then downloaded an Excel report to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly.

As you see in the screenshot below of my form's Excel report, the responses on the Address element created separate columns labeled 'RUA' and 'NÚMERO, BAIRRO'.

Were you able to see these two columns 'RUA' and 'NÚMERO, BAIRRO' in your Excel report? If not, can you share a screenshot of the Excel Report that you have downloaded?

You can also try editing the Excel report and see if the responses from the 'Endereço' field has been selected. If it's not, you can select the 'Endereço' field and save the changes. Let me walk you through it:

    • In Report Builder, select the report that you want to make changes to and click on Edit.
    • Now, under the Fields, select the 'Endereço' field and click on Save. That's it.

Can you try it again and see how it goes?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
