Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked the account that you are currently logged in to, I could not see any forms. You may have created the forms under a different account.
Do you have any other email address that might be associated with another Jotform account? If not, can you by any chance provide us with the link to one of the forms associated with your account so we can use it to pull up your account?
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
