Nome do formulario

Fiz um formulario em cima de outro e mesmo atualizando o nome, ele nao esta atualizado o nome, ainda mantem o nome do outro formulário quando acesso o link

Now, let me help you with your question. I can understand that you wish to change the title of your form when you are opening it in your web browser. Let me show you how you can do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Show More Options gray in color.
3. Scroll down and enter the new Page Title in the page title section. And that’s it. You’re done.
