porque paguei um mês e ainda o dominio continua sendo JOTFORM? agora fiquei sem entende
temos que resolver isso imediatamente pois preciso utilizar urgentemente estou na tela aguardando a resposta

Are you trying to embed your form to a website? It is unclear to me what kind of issue are you having. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how frustrating this is for you, and I’ll do my best to help you. Using your domain in your form link, like the one below, is only available with Jotform Enterprise:
https://forms.yourdomain.com/formId
However, you can add a Custom URL to your form. Let me show you how to do that:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button.
- Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.
Now, your form link will look like the one below:
https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname
