Incorrect Page Title When Sharing the Link

Fiz um formulário duplicado de outro e editei, troquei o nome do mesmo porém ao compartilhar ele aparece com o título do formulário anterior.

Como faço para alterar o título no link de compatrilhamento?

Now, let me help you with your question. This happened mostly to cloned forms, so if you cloned a form, you must change the form's page title to ensure that it displays the correct title when shared. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Next, select Show More Options.
3. Scroll down to Page Title and enter the correct title.
