Como excluir um documento concluído

Fiz um teste de envio, simulei o preenchimento e assinatura, concluindo o processo e gostaria de excluir este documento. Como devo proceder?

About your concern, I can help you delete your form submission data. Let's do it:

1. Go to My Forms and select the form where you need to delete the submission.
2. Select Submissions to open Jotform Table.

3. Click on the checkbox in the first column for all the submissions you want to delete.
4. Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner.
5. Click Move to Thrash button.

6. Click the three-dot icon to open the menu and select Trashed Entries.

7. In the thrash panel you have the option to delete the submission by clicking the Delete Forever button followed by another Delete button for confirmation.

I'm unable to find the options you sent. Maybe it's because I'm using a "Sign Document" and not a form...

Please see the sreenshots bellow

I need to delete the delete a "completed Document" because it was just an internal test...

How can I do that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, there is no option to delete individual entries made to your signed document in Jotform Sign. The only way to delete a submission is by deleting the entire signed document.

1. In My Forms page, click on the Down Arrow icon.
2. Select My Sign Documents.
3. In the My Signed Documents section, select the Sign Document.
4. Click on More.
5. Select Move to Trash from the option menu.

I just need to delete one response only, not the original document itself. I may need to send it again to new signers.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, there is no option to delete the entries made to your signed document. The only way to delete a submission in Jotform Sign is by deleting the whole signed document. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
