Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that the 404 error will show if you are trying to view submission files and not logged in on your Jotform Account. Please make sure to log in to Jotform before clicking the attachments links. If you want to view the files without logging in, you need to disable the requirement to Login to View Uploaded Files. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- Click on your Avatar.
- Click on Settings.
- On the settings page, click on Security.
- Uncheck the checkbox beside "Require log-in to view uploaded files."
