Hi diegobeton,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You'll need to update the email address on the account for that.
- Access your Account Profile and you will see the email address associated with the account.
- Click the Edit button beside the email address
- Type in the new email address and click Save.
If the "Require verification to change email" is enabled in your Privacy option under Security. Then you will receive an email to verify the email address change request. If not, then no email will be sent out.
I like to let you know that you can only update your account email address with an email address not associated with any Jotform Account.
