Account suspended: Form Phising

    Bom dia, como vai?

    Estamos com a conta da empresa suspensa por motivo de pagamento e não possuou as informações como cartão, contrato para que possamos dar sequencia no pagamento ou algo do tipo para resolução.
    Nossa empresa utilizada o jotforms para mais de 15 setores diferentes e estamos com todos suspenso.

    Thanks for patiently waiting, I just heard back from our team and they informed me that your account has been suspended because your form ''Processo meio de funil'' has been detected by the system due to the word password in Portuguese "Senha''. We need to delete the field to reactivate your account
