ClickUp integration: Submissions through forms are not syncing

    Estamos integrando as respostas de um formulário do Jotform para o Clickup. A Integração está configurada conforme print abaixo. Entretanto, minhas respostas não estão caindo no clickup. Peço, por favor, ajuda!

    Hi Nagai_Julio,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I cloned your form and integrated it with ClickUp, but I was unable to replicate the issue. The fields that are being mapped are correctly syncing with ClickUp. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Could you please try removing the current integration and re-establishing the connection? Sometimes simply refreshing the integration will resolve syncing issues. Make sure you choose the correct Space and List, and that the settings between your form and ClickUp are properly configured to include map fields. Double-check the mapping settings to ensure that map fields are set to synchronize. Here's how you can disconnect the connection:

    • While on the form builder, select Settings at the top.
    • Choose Integration from the left menu, and the ClickUp will appear with a green checkmark.
    • Click on it, then Remove Integration, and then reconnect it using the steps outlined in this guide.

    Hi, Christian.

    Thanks for answering us. The language is no problem, I can speak english.

    We already did what you showed there, but the real problem is some forms are succesfully integrated while others are not, and we can't seem to find any pattern. Let me show an example:

    That is the mailbox of the form we're integrating. The answer "Matheus teste 5" was succesfully integrated and became a task in clickup like we need all of them to be, but the other answers above ("Matheus teste 6", "Matheus teste 7", "Matheus teste 8" and "Matheus teste 9") were not.


    We can't find the difference between them and the problem doesn't seem to be with Clickup.

    All the submissions were successfully synced through my ClickUp account. If the issue still happens after re-integrating the ClickUp, can you send us some more screenshots of what’s happening through your submissions in ClickUp? This is to ensure we can narrow down the issue of syncing your Jotform through your ClickUp account.

Upon reviewing your integration setup, it appears to be properly configured. However, I've noticed that the phone number field lacks an enabled country code. It's important to note that ClickUp requires the phone number to include a country code. Consequently, if the phone number in the Jotform form is missing the country code, it cannot be inserted into ClickUp. Could you please enable the country code? Let me walk you through it:

    • While you're on the Form Builder page, locate the Phone Number field.
    • Click the Gear icon to access its properties.
    • Under the Options tab, find the Country Code option and toggle the button from Off to On.

    For troubleshooting purposes, could you please try mapping the fields one by one? This approach will help us identify precisely which fields are causing the integration to break. By systematically mapping each field individually, we can isolate the issue and address it more effectively.
