Gostaria de saber se é possível adicionar a data e o horário que a pessoa enviou o formulário, na página de agradecimento?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can include the time and date when the user submitted on the Thank You Page. I see that you already have a DateTime Single Widget, you can just add it on the Thank You Page. Let me show you how it's done:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• On the left pane, click Thank You Page.
• On the right side, click Add field and choose DateTime Single Widget.
• That's it.
