Hide/Show condition not working

No formulário há uma condicional que oculta o campo a partir do preenchimento do campo acima, porém ele não está aparecendo no formulário, conforme prints:

Now, let me help you with your question. I viewed your form and I was able to reproduce the issue. I then cleared the form cache and tested it again and it seems to have resolved it. Here's a screenshot of the form now:

Can you please reload the form and confirm the issue has been fixed?
