Quando tento submeter o formulario aparece esta mensagem. Que fazer?

Now, let me help you with your question. It seems that the Unique Submission is enabled in the form. This will prevent sending multiple submissions from the same persoon. You can disable it if you want the user can send multiple entries to the form. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
- In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.
Now, you can get multiple submissions from the same person.
