Não cheguei nem preto do limite de envios menssais , estou recebendo mensagem de que esta chegando perto e nao está entrando as respostas aos meus formularios desde que apareceu a mensagem

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your forms and can see that you're using a Jotform Sign. For Starter Plan, you can only have 10 monthly signed documents, upon checking your account the monthly signed documents is currently at 9/10. When you hit the monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset or upgrade your account. You can view when your limits will be reset in the Account Usage page.
Additionally, for Starter Plan, you also have 100 monthly submissions, if you still want to receive submissions, I suggest disabling the Jotform Sign feature. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Jotform Sign on the left of the page.
- Then toggle the Jotform Sign Automation to Off.
