Hi julioimoveismkt,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Can you tell us which one of the fields you don't want to multiply and duplicate? Can you explain a bit more about what you want to achieve, so we can get a better idea of what you want to happen?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with a solution.

Hi juliomoveismkt,
Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, in each apartment number you have to take a photo of the reading and upload it, but you don't want to create lots of file upload fields. Is that right? You may want to use our Spreadsheet to Form widget which allows you to create a unique code, that you can use for each apartment number. Let me show you how.
- Create a Google Sheet first that contains the list of the apartment numbers, like the screenshot below. This will also serve as the unique code for the Spreadsheet to Form widget. Name the column header as "Apartment Number". Save it as an Excel file.
Now, let's add the Spreadsheet to Form widget:
- In the Form Builder, click the Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
- Select Widgets, and search for Spreadsheet to Form.
- Put it on top of the form, and name the field label "Apartment Number", same with the column header on the spreadsheet.
- Click the Wand icon to open the Widget Settings.
- Upload the file that you created with the Google Sheet.
- Select "Apartment Number", from the Access Code Column. Then, click Update Widget.
Here is the result:
As you can see from the above result, you just have to input the code number so that you won't have to multiply lots of file upload fields for each apartment number. But, please note that you have to do a submission for each code number.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
