Acesso aos anexos dos formulários via planilhas integradas

Boa tarde!

Integrado o formulário via planilhas google, criada um planilha para acesso aos dados do formulário. As pessoas com acesso à planilha não conseguem baixar os anexos inseridos no formulário se não tiver acesso à conta do jotform. Contudo preciso que essas pessoas consigam acessar os anexos, via o link na planilha integrada, sem precisar do acesso à conta.

O erro diz que o arquivo pode não estar disponível porém testamos e somente estando logado à conta consigo baixar o anexo. Quem não está logado recebe a mensagem de erro.

O que fazer para solucionar este problema?

Now, let me help you with your question. The 404 error appears when you try to access the submission files without logging in to your account because of your account security restriction. Lifting this restriction is easy, let me show you how to do it:

1. Hover over to your account Avatar located at the upper right side of the page.
2. On the dropdown menu, click Settings.
3. Click on the Security panel on the left.
4. Untick the checkbox next to the Require log-in to view uploaded files.

Now you can view the submission uploaded files without logging in to your account.
