Hi Abra,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood what you’re asking, if an option on the Multiple Choice field is selected, you want a field with another set of options to appear. This is possible by creating another Multiple Choice field with the options and hiding it.
Then we will create a condition that will show this hidden Multiple Choice field if a specific option is selected. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click the +Add Form Element button on the left side of the page.
2. Add a Multiple Choice field to the form.
3. Enter the options for this Multiple Choice field.
4. Go to the Advanced tab then toggle the Hide field button to ON.- Next is setting up the conditions.
1. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen and select Show/Hide Field Condition.3. Add this condition:
Check out the screencast below for the result:
That's it. You can also check out this guide on How to Show or Hide Fields Conditionally.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
