Form Analytics on Jotform App

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to use an analytics feature on the app, but unfortunately, we do not have this in the app yet. We have a Jotform Form Analytics, but this only supports web-based forms. If you have added forms to your app, you can use the Google Analytics for forms. We have analytics widget for forms available.

We can go ahead and have this requested as a feature request, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available on using app analytics, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
