It looks like your current account is on Free plan. If you are referring to a different account, you will need to log into your paid account to downgrade and cancel your plan. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
