Olá prezados !
Estou buscando solucionar uma necessidade que descrevo abaixo:
Conforme imagem exemplo anexa... tendo 3 caixas de Upload de Arquivos
1) Ao fazer o upload 1
2) Automaticamente marcaria a lista acima
3) e assim sucessivamente...
Tentei fazer com as lógicas de CONDIÇÕES mas não consegui.
Agradeço qualquer ajuda ! -

Hi Janisa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, this is not currently a direct available feature. The user can manually tick the option after uploading the file. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Dear Rhina,
I understand that you currently do not have this function available. However, with some creativity I managed to come up with a very satisfactory solution for my needs.
I am sharing the example form link.
What I would like at this point as help is how to apply CSS to make the list have smaller spacing between texts.

Hi alessandrolino,
Thanks for getting back to us and for your explanation and screenshots. That helped me understand what’s happening. By the way, can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Or you can go ahead and go to How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hello Ciro,
Here is the link to my example:

At this point all I need is CSS to organize the list. See the example in the attached image of how you would like the list to look.
IT IS CURRENTLY LIKE THIS : -

Hi alessandrolino,
You can use CSS code to adjust the margins of the fields. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Paint Roller icon on the right corner of the screen.
- Go to the Styles tab and scroll down.
- Paste the code below into the Inject Custom CSS field.
#cid_43,#cid_44,#cid_49{
margin-top: -64px;
}
Check out this screenshot of my result:
Give it a try and let us know if this works for you.
