ClickUp Integration: Unable to integrate a form with ClickUp.

Can you make sure that you have created a Space on your ClickUp account? If you have not yet created one, you can refer to this guide: How to Create a Space in ClickUp.

Thank you for your answer. I already have a Space on the click up workspace, which is an workspace of my work, have more than 8000 tasks, could it be another problem?
