Olá, as pessoas não estou conseguindo enviar o formulário após o preenchimento está aparecendo “indisponível”
por que está acontecendo isso?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned and tested your form and replicated the issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. I am unable to provide any ETA of the resolution at the moment. But rest assured that we will get back to you on this ticket as soon as we have an update from them.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the cloned your form and see that currently I am unable to replicate this issue.
To see if the issue is present on your form, can you give us permission to send a test submission to your form? Or you can test your form, too.
