Baixando em Excel e não está convertendo ponto em virgula

Olá, estou importando pro Excel e lá no Excel está chegando com ponto(.) entre os números e não converte automaticamente em vírgula entre os valores (,) , com isso não está me dando a soma total da coluna. O que eu faço?
