Gráfico de horas

Boa tarde, tudo bem?

Dúvida, tem alguma forma de criar um formulário com vários dados (sempre valores) para serem alimentados durante o mês e no final do mês eu gerar um gráfico trazendo todos os valores? E uma soma total dessas horas?

Exemplo: hoje temos 13 salas cirurgicas, todo dia eu entraria no formulário e colocaria:

Sala 1 todos os horários

sala 2 mesma coisa

Sala 8 mesma coisa

Os dados serão preenchido conforme nosso conograma e a sala disponível.

Ai no fim do mês Eu teria um grafico trazendo vários dados:

Sala 1 teve 15 pacientes, total de horas por cada processo e um total final juntando todos os horários.

É possível criarmos algo assim?

Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, you'd like to generate a report of the submission data based from the total values of each questions on the form? If so, Jotform Reports will only show the number of responses collected per questions. Alternatively, you can export the data into an Excel file and convert the data as charts.

As for getting the total hours, you can use the form calculation widget to calculate the total hours directly on the form.
