    Bom dia.

    Hi Remasa_formularios,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you're having storage issues with a form that allows uploading up to 4 files. We recommend downloading and deleting the submissions to free up more space. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:

    • On the My Tables page, click on View Table next to the form with the submissions you want to see.

    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
    • Choose either CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

After you've downloaded the data, it will serve as your backup, and you can now delete your submission data to clear up your upload storage. Here's how:

    • In the Submissions Table, select any or all of your entries, click on Delete, then select Move to Trash.

    • Click on the Three dots icon in the upper left corner of the page, then select Trashed Entries.
    • In the Trashed Entries panel, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, then select Delete.

Keep in mind that there's no option to recover them once they are purged, so it's important to download them first as shown above steps. You can also integrate the form into Google Drive or Dropbox so that the uploaded files will be forwarded to the integration. However, you still need to manually delete the submissions. You can use the Auto-Delete Submissions feature that will delete the submission instantly after transferring it to the integration.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Jose, boa tarde.

    Perfeito, entendi.

Ele pega o arquivo e joga dentro dessa pasta criada no google drive.

Como eu faço para migrar os antigos de uma forma fácil para o Google Drive?

    Hi Remasa_formularios,

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that you want to migrate the old submissions that were submitted before the integration to Google Drive. Unfortunately, our current integration only sends the new submission when it is sent. However, as a workaround, you can edit and re-submit the old submissions to send a copy to Google Drive. Let me show you how:

    • In Jotform Tables, click on the three dots icon of the old submission you wanted to send to Google Drive.
    • Click on the Edit Entry button and re-submit this entry. No need to modify anything on the data, just click submit.

Also, keep in mind that you need to disable the Send when a submission is edited option of both notification and autoresponder email settings to prevent sending another email when you re-submit their submission on your end. Here's how:

    • In Form Builder, click Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    • Click Emails in the left menu, and click on the Pencil icon to modify the email notification.
    • Under the Advanced tab, uncheck the box Send when a submission is edited and click Save.
    • Do the same with the Autoresponder email.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
