Now, let me help you with your question. Are you looking to combine fields in one chart/table to serve as the X and Y axis for comparison of data? If so, unfortunately, it's not possible to achieve that output since reports will only provide a summary of each of the fields from the form. If you'd like a comprehensive report, you can create and download an Excel report and aggregate the data into a single chart.
