Realizei o backup dos meus formulários, para poder atualizar o total de envios, porém o mesmo permanece desatualizado.Poderiam me auxiliar com o ocorrido?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it shows that you had 505 out of 500 total submissions. I recalculated your total submissions and it now shows as 276 out of 500. Can you please check your limits and confirm them? You can check your available usage on your account. Let me show you how to check it:
1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on View All to view the usage dropdown list.
You should be able to see all of your account's limits and usage.
You can also see it on your Account Usage page. Let me walk you through it:
1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the page.
2. Then, click on Settings from the drop list menu.
3. Go to the Usage tab in the left menu. Here you will see all of your usage.
