Kommo Integration: Unable to view submissions sent by phone in Kommo integration

    Boa tarde, ao integrar o meu form com o CRM da Kommo, todas as respostas enviadas pelo computador são integradas corretamente e consigo visualizar no CRM, agora as respostas enviadas pelo celular não são enviadas, alguém pode me ajudar a resolver isso?

    Hi, when integrating my form with Kommo's CRM, all responses sent by computer are integrated correctly and I can view them in the CRM, but responses sent by cellphone are not sent, can anyone help me resolve this?

    Hi Pedro,

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having issues with the Kommo integration when you're submitting it via your phone. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to send the submission to create a new lead in Kommo when sent via my mobile phone. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you please provide with us the Submission IDs that were not sent to Kommo when the mobile phone was used? If you could also provide the following details and let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    • Mobile Phone/Tablet's Brand and Model
    • Mobile Phone/Tablet's OS Version
    • If you're using the Jotform Mobile App, please provide the Mobile App's version
    • If you're using a mobile browser app, please provide the app name and it's version

    Answering the questions:

    • Mobile Phone/Tablet's Brand and Model
    • I tested both in Android (Galaxy S20FE) and Apple Iphone 12.
    • Mobile Phone/Tablet's OS Version
    • Android 11 and IOS 17.3.1
    • If you're using the Jotform Mobile App, please provide the Mobile App's version
    • Im not, did it by share link
    • If you're using a mobile browser app, please provide the app name and it's version
    • Im not, dit it by share link

    I created another one for testing:

    I made 3 tests, The first 2 on phone and the last one on laptop, and only the last one was sent to Kommo.

    I also tried to undo and reconnected the api key

    Hi Pedro,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form 240495272904055 and I saw that it is currently integrated with Webhooks. Can you please confirm if you're sending your submissions to Kommo through Webhooks? If so, you can try using the Kommo Integration via Zapier. You can try this in a cloned form to see if it works. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation at the top of the page.

    2. Click on Integrations on the left menu.

    3. Search for Kommo and click on it.

    4. Select the Zapier templates available. In this example, I chose the 3rd option to create new leads when a submission is made.

    5. Set up your App and event which is Jotform and a new Submission.

    6. Set up your account in Zapier.

    7. Set the Trigger which is the Form itself.

    8. Set up the Lead in Kommo.

    9. Make a test in the test step.

    10. Click on Publish and your Zap should be available and this should work.

    Try to make a submission using your mobile phone and see if it works on your end.
