Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the Notification email that you received when your form is being submitted? I checked your email logs and noticed that you succesfully received the Notification email for your form submissions. Could you try to check your Spam and Junk folders for the emails? Also, you can check your account history for further details:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the History tab on the left side of the page.
- You can check your Activity Logs for your forms
