Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to know if the usage limit of the forms and submissions will reset monthly after upgrading to the Silver Plan.
For the Form Limit, no, it won't reset every month. The Form Limit is the limit on how many forms can be active at the same time on your account and this usage limit can't be reset. But you can disable some of your active forms if you want to create and make another active form. You can check out this guide on How to Enable or Disable a Form.
As for the submissions limit, yes, every month, a Silver Plan account can receive up to 2500 submissions per month and the usage limit will reset on the next month. You can check your Account Usage Data on your end. Let me show you how:
1. On the My Forms page, hover over your mouse to the Profile Avatar at the upper right side of the page and click Settings.
2. Click on Usage on the left side of the screen. You will also see here when your Monthly Usage Limits will reset.
